Microsoft Clarity provides analytics and session recordings so we can see where the site is confusing; form fields are masked. PostHog (EU servers) records page views, clicks, page speed, errors and session recordings, and counts funnel steps (creator opened, design started, email left, preview viewed, added to cart, checkout started, order completed with its value); in its recordings every form field is masked and your photo and artwork are blocked. Google Analytics counts page views and the same funnel steps with order values; Google advertising signals are switched off. Meta Pixel measures our advertising through page views, product views, design starts, adds to cart, checkout starts and completed orders (order value and product ids). We also report a completed order to Meta from our server, using a hashed email and your browser identifiers, so the same order is never counted twice. Photos, player details and address fields are never sent to any of these providers. Analytics (Clarity, PostHog and Google Analytics) and advertising (Meta) run by default for our US launch; switch either off here at any time and it stops on the next page load.
