Orders are paid securely by card at checkout. Every order is reviewed by a person before it is released to production.

Where we deliver

Standard delivery to the 50 US states and Washington, DC is included in the price. US territories, military addresses and international destinations are not currently supported.

Artwork review comes first

We check the image, selected product and production files before releasing an order to Merchize. Light-up covers are not made by Merchize: after the same check we send the two design files (light on and light off) and your delivery address to the workshop that makes our light-up frames. Orders stay in manual review until we release them. A room mockup is not a production file.

Production and transit estimates

Both our US-made unframed poster and 1.5-inch stretched canvas have the same standard estimate: 2–3 business days to produce, then 3–5 business days in transit. The combined estimate is 5–8 business days after artwork approval and production release. Artwork review and requested revisions come first and add time; no fixed review deadline is currently promised. Allow another 2–6 days for external delays. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us for destination-specific timing. The calculator uses the contiguous-US estimate and excludes weekends and observed US federal holidays; carrier schedules can differ.

Light-up covers are made to order by the workshop that makes our light-up frames. Allow about 6–9 business days for delivery; standard US shipping is free. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and we will email you when it ships.

For a gift deadline, contact hello@playdaylegends.com before ordering. If we cannot ship within an agreed timeframe, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel the unshipped item for a refund.

Lost, missing or damaged deliveries

Contact us promptly if delivery is overdue, tracking appears incorrect or part of the order is missing. We investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed loss or missing items. An incorrect or incomplete address may require paid reshipping; we confirm any cost with you first. Fault claims are explained in our returns policy.

Items may ship separately. Check your address carefully and keep your order reference. Email us for delivery progress or problems; we will email you when your order ships.
